I hadn't realized how much I appreciate this place until I had to go somewhere else because of an emergency and had a horrible experience :( I have been coming here for over 5 years now and they have always been very honest and upfront about their services. They won't charge you for things you don't need and always try to get you the best price possible. Not only they offer great service but you are treated as family, they know your name and message you to see how your car is doing after they have worked on it. Last time I was there with a problem they didn't want to repair until they were absolutely sure of the problem so they wouldn't be charging me for something that didn't need repair. So happy every time I come to them :)

Probably the only honest shop in town. They are very sweet, explain everything to you in a way you can understand and are very patient. Very fair on pricing, and honestly all around good. Absolutely a gem. 100% recommend!!

It is often said unicorns don?t exist. But they do, most say that, because they are impossible to find, like finding an honest electrician, used car salesman, plumber, or mechanic. So far the only one I?ve found is these guys. They are so honest they will tell you not to waste your $ on something that is not worth it. It is expensive and I?ve had to work long hours walking the streets, but worth every penny. They are the only honest quality mechanic in the area. And if Ed was single, I?d def. Try stealing him.

I have been bringing cars here for service for 30 years (11 in all, ranging from high mileage Fords and Subarus to new European models). The staff is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. A three-generation family run business, the new young managers utilize top of the line technology for diagnostics and scheduling. The mechanics are first-rate and the work is done quickly, professionally and for reasonable prices. I no longer buy a car without consulting them. A few years ago, my daughter needed a car at college in Maine for a summer job. I called Angel from a dealership up there and told him what we were looking at. He suggested an alternative and, trusting his advice, we drove off and found what he suggested. This is type of service I've always received and have come to rely on. I cannot recommend Leader Service highly enough.
